REPLACE: legal name including the legal form

Represented by

REPLACE: the authorised representative, full name

Address

REPLACE: a street address that can accept service. A post box does not satisfy this.

Email

REPLACE: an address a person reads

Second fast contact route

REPLACE: a telephone number or an equivalent direct channel

Register

REPLACE: the register court and the registration number, where the operator is registered

VAT identification number

REPLACE: the VAT ID under Section 27a UStG, only once one has actually been assigned. Never the tax number.

Responsible for editorial content

REPLACE: name and address, under Section 18(2) MStV

Consumer dispute resolution
