Nysa produces cathode active material. Separator film comes out of Dąbrowa Górnicza. Zawiercie is the centre of Polish black mass processing and the recycling entries are both there. Testing laboratories cluster in Gliwice, where UN 38.3 and cell safety work is done.
The largest lithium-ion cell plant in Europe is here as well, near Wrocław. Much of this capacity is foreign owned and Polish operated, which matters if you need to know where a part is actually made rather than who owns the brand.
